Your Next Stamp Design Team Call

Good Morning Everyone,

This post is dedicated to " Your Next Stamp 's design team call." The concept of Your Next Stamp was created by a sister team who turned their ideas into reality. The sister team named their store Your Next Stamp and it is located in Canada. At the present time, YNS is holding their first ever DT call! I checked out their site and the stamps are adorable!!!!



After reading their post on SCS, I decided to try out for the team. I get so nervous when I apply for a DT but if I were to never submit any cards, how would they know I exist?! Here are two of my favorite cards. I hope they are worthy and thank you for your time.

WOJ...Pink & Brown and Just Magnolia's ...Friends Challenge!

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all have had a beautiful and relaxing weekend! Although the weather in my area is warm and full of sunshine, there hasn't been any room for resting and relaxation. We finished laying floor tiles in our newly converted den today and I am bushed! Laying the tiles wasn't hard at all.....clearing the room of furnishings was the hard part. I am soooooooo tired right now. Although tired, I did make a little time to finish the challenge cards I've been working on since Friday for WOJ and Just Magnolia.



This weeks WOJ #43 Challenge is to make a card featuring the colors Pink & Brown. My card features Charlotte Riding Reindeer . I'm not feeling all that great with my color choices...too much brown. *sigh* After a good nights rest, I might make another card for this challenge.

Just Magnolia Challenge #18



Over at Just Magnolia, the challenge is all about "friends"!

I won this image last week from Donalda 's blog candy ( Enjoying The Journey). I received Edwin this past Friday and could not wait for my chance to ink him up! Initially I wasn't sure of what to do with Edwin, but I need to get out of my comfort zone and start making more cards for the opposite sex.



I've had this design paper by Inque Boutique (Out Of This World) laying around forever and I can't believe that I waited so long to use it. This design paper is so perfect for a young boy or male teen...I love it! The sentiment is a digi from The Cutting Cafe (I have faith in you). This pkg. of circular sentiments is "FREE" until the end of this month! Click here for information regarding this set of sentiments.

LOTV Thursday Challenge # 34...So Charming!

Hello Everyone,

I am so excited about the new LOTV Designer Die Cut Images, they are pure awesomeness I tell you!
LOTV has lots of new and exciting products on their website, including the most fantastic cute Die Cuts, and 5 new sets of stamps designed by 3 new and extremely talented artists, Annabel Spenceley, Chris Gaisey and Tricia Harrison. Designer Die Cut from LOTV (Best Friends- Hug Time), sentiment from my stamp drawer, I think it is a CTMH acrylic stamp but I'm not sure. I curved the stamp to fit within the Nestie circle and stamped my sentiment, c/s Bazzill and PTI, DP DCWVPTI, MS lace punch, Nesties circle dies, Copic Markers, ribbon, Dew Drops and charm.

Just Magnolia and Roses On Paper Challenge
This weeks Just Magnolia Challenge is to make a card based on the sketch drawn by the talented Martine. The Roses On Paper Challenge is to make a card using the colors ... warm red, brown and orange. Speaking of Autumn, it is one of my favorite seasons. I love the vibrant colors of the leaves and crisp cool air...so fresh and clean!



Huh- Hum......Getting back to my card, both the JM and ROP challenge are merged onto this card. Although the ROP Challenge didn't include the color yellow, I only used it to balance out the orange color.
