Good Thursday Morning!

Today is a wet and rainy day...perfect morning to do nothing! Today I have a couple of RAKs and goodies that I want to share with you. What a blessing to have such wonderful friends! Thank you all so much for making my day shine even brighter

This lovely RAK ,candy and gift are from Teri





Such a beautiful card and the sparkle is awesome! The gorgeous bag is my "candy winnings" and Teri gave me this awesome stamp set from SU. The name of the set is Mr. Twigster and he is one cute stamp!!!

This "think pink" card is from Barb and this is a beautiful card!



These stamped goodies featuring Whiff of Joy images are from Donalda! What an assortment of goodness!!



I also received this award from Jodi! Congratulations Jodi!!! ( she was married 2 weeks ago!)



I'm going to play along and name 5 people per instructions. This is so tough when there is a number limit and only 5 people........grrrrrrrrrr!!! All of my blogging buddies are super talented and super "Kreativ Bloggers"!

Birthday RAKs and I've been tagged:)

Today I would like to share some of my birthday RAKs with you. I have made quite a number of friends since I have started blogging and I truly feel blessed to have met some of the bestest people in the world!!! Thank you all so very much for making my day even brighter:)

I also have been tagged by my friend Kathy of (Kathat Stamps.) I enjoy reading tags ... some are very interesting and some people are very funny even!!!
I'm not a witty person but I'll try my best not to bore you too much:)

1. I love purses...it's insane! At the moment I'm in love with the brand Kathy Van ZeeLand!

2. I inherited the love of books from my mom. One day as a kid, my mom caught me reading one of her novels by Harold Robbins (The Betsy!) I can still see the look of horror on her face as she snatched the book from my hands:) From that point on, she kept me supplied with books suited for a pre-teen!

3. I keep my favorite books and will re-read them from time to time!

4. I love action hero type movies as much as my kids! Spider Man, Iron Man and X-Men are among my favorites!

5. While growing up, my parents were very strict with all of us. I hated it at the time because I never had fun!!! Years later when I reflect, I know they were right and I'm glad they were strict!

6. I have a terrible sense of direction!

7. My husband still makes me laugh!

A lovely RAK and gift to share!

Today I am not going to do too much of anything that is related to housework!!! I'm so tired and I need to do something that I enjoy for a change! In the meantime, I want to share with you all my lovely RAK that I received from Allison. I love the colors black and white together! Isn't my altered note pad the cutest!!! The papers are beautiful and I love the monogrammed "R" on the cover. (for those that don't know already, my actual name is Risa*) Thank you Allison!!!!

RAK and candy to share!

I won some blog candy from Marlou and it finally arrived yesterday! I love the RAK she sent and the felt button with the little heart pin if so cute!!! I also love the goodies she sent me. The little white bag in the picture has the cutest charms ever inside!! I tried to get a close up picture of the charms but the details were to blurry.
I really wanted to post a card today but, today has been one of those days! I've had several errands to run and I haven't had a chance to sit down for 10 minutes in peace. Hopefully after dinner, I can finally relax and finish my projects.

Once the clip is removed on this card, it opens up and I can journal notes and add small pictures etc. I don't know the proper name for this card but it's a card and a mini-scrapbook in one!!!!!



I had to take separate pictures to capture the beauty..Maria's work is awesome!

I won these darling stamps from Allison's blog candy give-away. The stamps are from Little Paper Shop and so perfect for making a card for the my son! Isn't it something how we rarely see stamps just for little boys!!!

I have received some "happy mail" that I want to share with you all today! I am truly blessed to have made so many friends since I have started blogging. Hello everyone and how was your weekend? Mine was OK and I spent the better half of it resting. I still have a few important appointments this week and I will try to post some of the cards I'm working on in between appointments.
