Happy Thursday Everyone and it's time for another
Lili of the Valley Thursday Challenge! This weeks challenge is to make a card according to the sketch layout on my card. Nothing too complicated and a very easy sketch to follow. Should you decide to participate with
LOTV Thursday Challenge, please link your card to
LOTV Thursday Challenge blog. Every week, a very nice prize is given to the winner and who knows...the winner could be
YOU! So what are you waiting for????

I had planned to do something different for this weeks challenge, but I had a family emergency and was at the hospital all day and most of the evening. My mom fainted in the nursing home and they rushed her to the hospital. For some reason my mom has a fainting spell a couple times a year. We usually are in the hospital all day as a result, and after the doctors run every test imaginable, they never can find anything wrong with her and send her back to the nursing home! I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that she is OK. She's up in age a bit and is in the third stage of Alzheimer's.
Sorry about rambling there, the words just came out in a rush! So... to make my LOTV deadline in a timely manner, I resorted to using my
LOTV download image
Easter Bunnies. I tell ya' if you are pressed for time and need a card like...
right now...these download images from
LOTV are the perfect remedy!
To give my image a bit of my own personal touch, I used my Copic Markers and gave the bunny a bit more depth and used my gray marker for shadowing. The card stock is SU's Certainly Celery and the design paper is SU's Rainbow Sherbet. To embellish my card, I added Dew Drops, liquid glass, extra fine glitter and flowers.
I already know that I'm going to be super busy again tomorrow. Hopefully my mom will be alright and if the hospital releases her tomorrow, I should be home sometime in the afternoon. I haven't forgotten anyone and once I rest up, I will be around to see your lovey cards!
Until then, take care and thank you so much for stopping by!
Hugs
