Guest Designer and Award!!

This past Saturday, I was the guest designer on Tamara's (Sketches by Tamara) blog. I was honored that she asked me and grateful for the opportunity! I chose sketch #19 and made three circle cards. Out of the three, I chose my two favorites for my presentation. If you get a chance, stop by Tamara's blog and check out her sketch designs. All three stamps are from TAC Twinkle Toes. Hello There and Wild for you. The sentiments are TAC (Tagtidbits) and SU. I also used Spellbinders Nestabilities Circle Templates to form the card shape. Inks are Adirondack (Pitch Black), SU (Pretty in Pink) and Copic Markers. Cardstocks are from Papertrey Ink and The Cutcardstock Company. Ribbon is by Really Reasonable Ribbon. The rest of the embellishments are Prima Flowers, flowers from my stash, pearls and extra fine glitter.

It's the little things............

Hello Everyone!
Today's post is going to be short and sweet.
I purchased this stamp set from TAC a few months ago.(stamp of the month promotion) While looking over my stamps, this particular stamp kept "calling me"! This stamp is small and perfect for a 4X4 size note card or invitation etc. Well.... I better get a few hours of sleep, 7:00 a.m. will be here before I know it.

Ebony

This stamp "Ice Cream" is one my favorite stamps from TAC! It has been packed away over a month and I decided that it was time to "ink it up"! While deciding what papers to use, I remembered the Sixxix pastel paper pad that I found the other day. I had forgotten all about these papers, and I happened to find them at the very bottom of my storage container. It really is a shame to hoard papers like this!!! *smile* I know... I'm guilty and should be better organized. One of these days, I'm going to get all of my papers organized and labeled, until then...I'll keep finding hidden treasures. *smile*

Card fronts for my TAC Swap

I made these cards fronts for my Spice Angels Swap. This is my second month participating and I enjoy exchanging card fronts with the other Spice Angels. All materials are TAC except for the card stock (Papertrey Ink Stampers Select) and the ribbon is from Michael's.

Ballerina Girl

I made a few more cards using this same TAC Stamp. I guess I really like this stamp *lol* Before I became an Angel, I would occasionally order cardstock and DSP from SU. I received my last order a week after I signed up with TAC and I have to admit that the Berry Bliss is a beautiful set of papers. Anyhow... I used a strip of the Berry Bliss and combined with a scrap piece of Chocolate Chip. The combination of these two papers was love at first sight and a perfect background choice for my TAC stamp. Other accessories are Nestabilities, Copic Markers, Dew Drops, ribbon is from my stash.

Fun card

I really like making fun type cards. I suppose I would use this type of card if I forgot a birthday or was late for an lunch appointment. Hopefully just looking at this card and reading the sentiment *Holy Cow!" would get me "off the hook" and all would be forgiven.
