Allison's Suggestive Sunday Challenge

I made these Thank You Cards today based on Allison's Suggestive Sunday "Case" Challenge. I decided to case a card from Taylor Van Bruggen, I admire her style a lot! I made a card using this same stamp set last summer and it was a total disaster! I own a few of Papertrey Ink Stamps but I rarely use them because I was intimidated by them. The stamps are beautiful but I lacked confidence and stopped using them for awhile. After practicing and getting a "feel" for them, I feel much better with my creation this time around. I have a few differences but the theme is on the same path as Ms. Van Bruggen's. Thank you for this challenge Allison, I had a lot of fun with this one. Click here to see the card that I CASED from Taylor Van Bruggen. The card is on page 4

Details:

Stamp: Papertrey Ink (Pretty Lady)
Inks: Adirondack and SU's Real Red
Paper: Papertrey Ink Stampers Select and The Cut Cardstock Company (Red & Black)
Sentiment: Papertrey Ink (Pretty Lady)
ribbon: I cannot remember where I brought this ribbon

More Thank You Cards

Hello everyone and I hope that all are having a beautiful day. I managed to make a few more cards since my last post. These two cards are both thank you cards and the style for both cards are similar. I embossed both card fronts using my Cuttlebug. The card with the blue card stock mat was a quickie. I matted it using my Nestabilities Die Cutting Machine. The stamp was purchased at Michael's and the ink is Cobalt Blue (Palette Inks). I made a scallop edge with papers from my stash and the flowers are Prima's. The centers are embellished with my flower punch and gems. I also used glitter for some extra sparkle and the ribbon is from my stash.

The second card details

stamp: Bella Stamp
ink: Adirondack and Copic Markers
papers: Papertrey Ink and Bazzill
flowers: I brought them at Target
I also used glitter for the bikini
ribbon: from my stash
I used my rectangle Nestability Dies to mat my stamped image.
