Another Froggy Card plus an Award!

Here's another card I made using the images that I downloaded from Pink Petticoat. After I download the images, I will proceed to color in a few and set them aside for later. So... when I'm pressed for time, I simply put a card together and choose a pre-colored image for my card and presto....a quick card!!!! Well..... my version of a quick card! lol

I also have been awarded this award byIla ! What a pleasant surprise and thank you very much Ila! Now I have to award 5 people and this part really sucks for me because I enjoy every blog that I visit and to only choose 5 people is a tough decision for me!

The rules of this award are............

1. Only 5 people allowed.

2. 4 have to be dedicated followers of your blog

3. one has to be someone new or recently new to your blog and live in another part of the world.

4. you must link back to whoever gave you the award.

This is my way of saying thank you for visiting my blog and I truly wish that I could have given an award to everyone!!!

1. Deb N.
2. Jana
3. Barb W.
4. Anna P.
5. Mel....New!

Have a great day and thank you for stopping by:)

Super Quick Card!

Today was a busy one for me but I did find time to make a quick card. The image is another download from Pink Petticoat and the DP is from my scrap pile. I used my paper pierce tool, pearls, Dew Drops, Signo Pen,and ribbon(Papertrey Ink) to embellish. Both card stocks are from Papertrey Ink and I colored my image in using my Copic Markers. I also used Spellbinders rectangle template dies to mat my image. I almost forgot to mention that I used extra fine glitter as an embellishment as well.

Have a great day everyone and thank you for stopping by:)

Stamp Something's Dazzle Us With Something Challenge

I made this card for Stamp Something's Sparkle Challenge. Since I LOVE sparkle and bling, this was a "natural" for me. lol The image was downloaded from Pink Petticoat and colored in with my Copic Markers. The sparkle is my handy dandy extra fine glitter and my image is matted with Spellbinders rectangle templates. I decided to try my hand at doodling and doodled around my image with a fine tipped black marker. I also doodled using my Signo White Gel Pen.
Card stock is from Papertrey Ink and SU', DP is SU's Berry Bliss and a piece from my scrap stash, other embellishments are pearls, flowers, paper pierce tool and ribbon.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day:)

Stamp Something Sketch Challenge

I made this card for the sketch challenge going on at Stamp Something. Once I saw the sketch I knew immediately that I wanted to give it a try and here is my take on the sketch. Almost a year ago, I made a comment to a fellow blogger about the number of sketch challenges that she participated in. (very naive during that time) She replied (very nicely) by telling me that sketch challenges helped her to think "out-side of the box" and challenged her creativity! Know that I know better, I totally agree with her wise words of advice! Thank you very much for your words of advice and I understand what you mean now.
This ballerina kitty is another image that I downloaded from Pink Petticoat. If you like "cutsey stuff" this is one place you really need to check out! Tomorrow is Friday and I have an adorable RAK that I want to share with you all! Have a great day and thank you for stopping by.
