I'm starting to feel somewhat stronger and hopefully will get around to leaving comments tomorrow. I have made so many friends over the internet and I just want to thank all of you for everything.
Thank you guys!

Ballerina Girl

I made a few more cards using this same TAC Stamp. I guess I really like this stamp *lol* Before I became an Angel, I would occasionally order cardstock and DSP from SU. I received my last order a week after I signed up with TAC and I have to admit that the Berry Bliss is a beautiful set of papers. Anyhow... I used a strip of the Berry Bliss and combined with a scrap piece of Chocolate Chip. The combination of these two papers was love at first sight and a perfect background choice for my TAC stamp. Other accessories are Nestabilities, Copic Markers, Dew Drops, ribbon is from my stash.

Please say a prayer for Victoria's Family

I have just received word that Miss Victoria Enmon has passed away today. I opened my e-mail a few moments ago and I was so shocked by this message. This past summer, Vicotria's teacher wanted to do something really special for her. She wanted Victoria to have a card from every state. Well....with the help of the Internet, her goal was achieved. Cards were sent out from all over the world! I just want to say that I am so happy that I had a chance to touch someone I have never met. God Bless you Victoria and my heart and prayers go out to all of you.

Happy Mail 2 Share :)

I have a few RAKs to share today. Opening "Happy Mail" is always so much fun!

My RAKs are from: Jen Young

All I wanna do is stamp.......

But my tribe has spoken! They want me all to themselves today. I love my family and we did have a lot of fun today. Although it is very cold outside...10 degrees and windy! burr!

We went to the theatre to see Cloverfield, it was very entertaining and scary! While we were out, I did manage to squeeze in a quick visit to Target's and purchased a few goodies. I hate shopping with my husband because he's a "quick shopper". If he says that he is going to the store to buy bread and milk, that is all he will buy! I like to take my time and look around and "see" things. Anyhow, my husband and the kids were with me so I had to "be quick"! I spotted those cute little mail boxes and was surprised to see that they were only $1.00! I didn't get a chance to see everything but I will return and shop quietly by myself.

Have a beautiful and safe weekend everyone! Tomorrow, I have some beautiful RAKs to post. Take care and thanks for stopping by.

Happy Birthday Card

While working on some Valentine Cards, I decided to post a card that I made last year. I think this card is perfect for the "girly girl" type. The stamp is from Whipper Snapper and the card stocks are Papertry Ink White and the pink c/s is from my scrap stash. The inks used were StazOn Black and Copic Markers. I used Crystal Stickles and the ribbon is from Michael's. All of the brads are by Making Memories. The flowers are Prima's and the sentiment is from Stamping Bella.

Fun card

I really like making fun type cards. I suppose I would use this type of card if I forgot a birthday or was late for an lunch appointment. Hopefully just looking at this card and reading the sentiment *Holy Cow!" would get me "off the hook" and all would be forgiven.

card stock: Solar White
printed paper: from my stash
stamp: The Angel Company
sentiment: The Angel Company
inks: StazOn Black and Copic Markers
embellishments: Stickles and Prima Sprites
ribbon: Michael's
I also used my Nestabilities to mat my image

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Do you have the time?

I have always admired this particular Rubber Romace Stamp. Although it is a large stamp, the creative possibilities are endless. I paired this stamp with papers from Basic Grey and black and white card stocks. The 1" circle image featuring a clock's face is from SU. This stamp originally had the words "party time" on it, however all I wanted was the image of the clock's face for this card. So using my 1" circle punch, I punched out the stamped image of the clock face. My stamped image is colored in using Copic Markers and I used my paper pierce tool to frame my image. I also used mini black brads as accents and the ribbons are from SU and Michael's.

I also have an announcement to make.....I got my wings!!! I'm a "demo" for The Angel Comapany! Thank you so much Jana and I know I'm going to love this experience selling the fantastic stamps and papers that The Angel Company has to offer! If you have any questions or you want to make an order...just email me malietawest@gmail.com Thank you:)

Just a note:)

I brought this elephant stamp from High Hopes last year and I rediscovered it! A few days ago I spotted a card that featured an elephant holding a tray of cupcakes....it was so cute! Anyhow....all kind of ideas ran through my head and I remembered my elephant stamp. I immediately went to work and made a template to support my idea. The rose printed paper is from my stash. The pink cardstock is SU's Pretty in Pink and the white cardstock is Solar White from Ellen Hutson's. I stamped my image twice, trimmed the second image and layered onto the first image with pop dots. The inks are StazOn Black and Copic Markers. The ribbon is SU's Pretty in Pink and the rose is from Michael's. The dew drops are from Ellen Hutson's. The sentiment is from Elzybells. I also used Crystal Stickles as an embellishment.
I'm OK with the results, but when I return to my scrap area I'm going to make adjustments. I'm not going to trim the area between the ears...and I'm not going to trim the second image too closely either! Each time I tried clean these areas up..I made a bigger mess! I learned a lesson with this one:)
Thank you for stopping by!
