Pampered Kitty

After a few days on vacation, I had all kind of ideas in my head! Pictures of this layout, pictures of that layout, color combos....etc. I made this card combining the pastel colors pink and blue. I had to use The Cats Pajamas Stamp for this card. (luv those stamps!) Also, lately I have been admiring Penny Black Stamps. If you like to use your markers, aqua painter or Prisma's, these stamps are perfect and so cute.

papers: SU's Whisper White, Bazzill c/s
prints: Bo Bunny and Making Memories
stamps: The Cats Pajamas and Studio G
inks: StazOn (black) and SU's Craft (black) and H2O pencils
scallop punches (two), Sakura Quickie Gel Pen, SU's Dazzling Diamonds, ribbon from Michales and Flourishes.
For the oval tag, I traced it on WW c/s and used my scallop scissors to trim. I used a circle punch to punch a hole in the tag I pulled two different ribbons through the hole, tied it and covered the hole with a flower embellishment. Since this kitty is spoiled and pampered (in my mind) I decided that she has to have "bling" on her accessories.

Love these colors! I do admit that I've never used Bazzill cardstock and I originally thought you'd used Cool Caribbean and Pretty in Pink :-) I love your little scalloped tag--I'm decorative scissors impaired.

I recently came home from a big trip and have been scrapbooking like crazy. I like to add travel quotes to my pages and this adorable card brought this quote to mind: "No one realizes how beautiful it is to travel until he comes home and rests his head on his old, familiar pillow. - Lin Yutang" I just may have to find someone nearby with this stamp and add it to my last scrapbook page.
