Risa this is gorgeous! I love the way you colored her, the felt flowers and the sentiment banner across the top...I think I may have to do that I love how it is raised in the center.
Love this card, you made me have to check out Sparkle creations. It made me laugh b/I turned in a card for DT yesterday AM with the same kind of tag that I made and wasn't sure about it but I guess great minds think a like:)
