This is my second post for today, please scroll down for The Pixie Cottage's Orange Challenge.
I'm back with this weeks All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge and this weeks challenge is to make a clear card.
Although I have seen quite a few cards made using acetate, this is my first time actually making one. I'm pleased with the results but what irritates me is that it's a little difficult to get a good picture.
I highlighted the background and hopefully you can get a better view.
Swiss Pixies Fall Scene. My sentiment is on the inside and it says "Autumn Wishes". After coloring in my image, I trimmed it out and adhered it to design paper. I goofed up with my original plans and decided to use design paper as a background instead. For dimension, I paper pierced holes along the edges of the circle and scallop die cuts and added felt flowers. The inside of my card is decorated with the same layout as the front of my card. The next time I make another card with acetate, I think I'll be a lot more creative and step the detailing.
