ATS Wednesday....Birthday Theme!

This weeks ATS Wednesday Challenge is a fun one......... Birthday Themed Cards! Don't you love it when the challenge is super fun and easy? I know that I do!!!!!

My card card features one of the new C.C. Designs images designed by Amy R. Young. The name of my image is Penelope with Balloon and she will be available November 15th at All That Scraps Online Store.
