Pixie Cottage #18 Sketch or Vintage/Distressing Challenge

Hello Everyone,
I think that I can safely say that all is almost 100 % normal around here again. My MIL should be released from the rehab facility Friday and my BF is feeling a lot better as well. When I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming a nurse but changed my mind when I was in high school because I didn't like chemistry. However, when I think about it, I would have made a great nurse....at least that is what everyone tells me☺ At any rate, I have missed my crafting room the past couple of weeks and I'm more than anxious to just sit back ...relax and create!

This weeks Pixie Cottage Challenge is to make a vintage/distressed style card or you can make a card designed by our guest, the talented Suzanne Dean!

My card is based off of the vintage/distressing theme and I have to admit that this challenge was a tough one for me. I am such a fan of vintage and distressed cards but I can't seem to make it work for me. At any rate, I had fun with the challenge and look forward to seeing what you all do with the challenge!

One randomly picked winner will get their choice of 2 Pixie Cottage Stamps and the Design Teams Top Three entries will get to display the winners badge on their blog.
Winners will be announced on the Friday following the end of the challenge. For more Pixie Cottage DT inspiration and the rules of the challenge, please click here.

Oh that is the cutest! Luv the doily and that image is darling! :) Doesn't it always seems like life can never be 100%? There's always something going on like a curve ball being thrown our way. But that's what makes life so interesting. Hope all is well and take care!
