Happy Rainy Day Thursday Everyone!
Today's card is a single layer card and I tell you, this type of card can be a bit tricky. I remember trying to make a single layer card almost 2 yrs. ago and I simply could not make it work! What was so hard about it? Well... to tell you the truth, in my mind....simple cards are harder to make! After making three cards for the Elzybells single layer card challenge, I finally made one that was decent and this is my take on the challenge.

Hey Risa,
I agree single layered cards are difficult because you have to rely solely on your stamp design to make your card design. Sometimes what we lack in coloring or design ability, we can jazz it up with embellishments, layers, etc.
Well, your card turned out beautifully. Your image is so nicely colored and it stands out nicely all by itself. Great job!

This is so cute. You are so talented! I am really glad I found you, I have so much to learn from you. What are copic markers? I think I have heard this word before.... (give me an excuse to buy more stuff!:)

Oh this is fab Risa, the image is so sweet and I love the little pearls you have added to the flower centres. I have to agree with you about this been a difficult type of card to make.
