Birthday RAKs and I've been tagged:)

Today I would like to share some of my birthday RAKs with you. I have made quite a number of friends since I have started blogging and I truly feel blessed to have met some of the bestest people in the world!!! Thank you all so very much for making my day even brighter:)

I also have been tagged by my friend Kathy of (Kathat Stamps.) I enjoy reading tags ... some are very interesting and some people are very funny even!!!
I'm not a witty person but I'll try my best not to bore you too much:)

Before I get started, here are the rules

1. Link your tagger and list these rules on your blog.

2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.

3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

1. I love purses...it's insane! At the moment I'm in love with the brand Kathy Van ZeeLand!

2. I inherited the love of books from my mom. One day as a kid, my mom caught me reading one of her novels by Harold Robbins (The Betsy!) I can still see the look of horror on her face as she snatched the book from my hands:) From that point on, she kept me supplied with books suited for a pre-teen!

3. I keep my favorite books and will re-read them from time to time!

4. I love action hero type movies as much as my kids! Spider Man, Iron Man and X-Men are among my favorites!

5. While growing up, my parents were very strict with all of us. I hated it at the time because I never had fun!!! Years later when I reflect, I know they were right and I'm glad they were strict!

6. I have a terrible sense of direction!

7. My husband still makes me laugh!

Now I would like to tag......

Jana, Rita, Deb, Elena, Stephenie, Barb , and Smriti

Have a great day and thank you for stopping by:)

I wish I didn't need a purse-I went without for a long long time but lost my wallet (a man's size one) so have to use a purse (and still lose my wallet, phone, etc)

Now this Marvel comic thing-you need to migrate to DC. Much more mature-I bet you would love the Sandman Mystery Theatre from the 30's http://tinyurl.com/3sevaj
Not really a super hero but I so want this made into a movie. Superman is my fav, and Animal Man and Green Lantern....I stopped collecting Superman last year after my buddy Bob died. He owned the store where I went every Friday. I miss them--and him---a lot.

Lovely cards. You totally deserve to be showered with love.

Your tag facts made me laugh. Sounds a lot like me. I obsessively buy bags, but use none. Right now I am using a yucky tote, since it fits everything I want and for small shopping needs, don't need to waste a plastic bag.

So... I have a real thing for Kathy Van Z. too, I'm using one of her bags right now. And reading, yep. I'm into that too, my bookclub is reading The Secret Life of Bees this month and we just finished The Other Boleyn Girl...loved that one! AND you tagged me, oh boy! Let's see what I can come up with...LOL!

Have a good one!

Helo Risa! Thank you for tagging me! Thank you for sharing some facts about yourself! I also like The Iron Man movie! When I was not in paper crafting I was in love in handmade purses. Now I spend all my money that my husband gives me on craft supplies! I played the tag on my blog too!
