Is your piggy bank on a diet too?

A friend of mine sent me this picture the other day and I wanted to share it with you all. This picture represents the size of our wallets or piggy banks after a visit to the gas station! I don't know about some people but all I could say was "ain't that the truth"!!

I don't have a card to share today but tomorrow I will have a few goodies to share! So ......stay tuned and I will be back tomorrow :)

poor piggy!! When the gas prices first started going up, I told my husband I was going to fight back. Now what can I, one little person do? Well, it used to cost me $82.00 to fill my tank and before the week was over, I would have to get more gas. So I decided on how much gas I was willing to buy every week. It has been since January that I started putting $40.00 in the tank every Monday, when the gas is gone, I stay home. It has certainly made me pick and choose my outings better and has forced me to get more done at home.

This is too cute! It might be getting skinnier with all the craft supplies we buy too.
If you see the pictures of each ones stamp room, it looks like there is enough to make cards for the whole country in there :-)

Actually, my piggy bank has been looking like that for a while now. Yup, gasoline prices are over the top!! It now takes $70 to fill up my gas tank! That's NUTS!!
