Today I thought that I would try something new and merge The Pixie Cottage's Designers Showcase and the KL Stampin N' Scrappin's weekly challenge all on one post.
Moving right along with The Pixie Cottage's Designer Showcase, I would like to introduce you to April with Hearts. April is among the newer Pixie Cottage Stamps and she is adorable and can be used for almost any occasion.
Keep in mind, The Pixie Cottage Designers Showcase is not a challenge, the DT simply showcases the new Pixie Cottage Stamps.

KL Stampin N' Scrappin Challenge # 16 Color Challenge........Red, White and Black!
We have a super fun challenge in store for this week, a color challenge! Personally, I love a good color challenge and I hope that all of you feel the same way!

My card features one of the new C.C. designs images (also sold at KLSNS on-line store) and she comes in a set that includes three different stamp images called Sugarplums Party.
My image is colored in with Copic Markers and I airbrushed the background lightly with red ink. The design paper is from my scrap stash and the ribbon (which I have had forever) features tiny ladybugs. I embellished my card with heart shaped buttons, Stickles, EK Success heart border punch and Liquid Pearls.
